The company needed a solution that could overcome the barrier of physical distance and ensure that clients received the same, if not better, level of engagement and understanding of their benefits.

Adopting Flipsnack was straightforward. Initially, the PINEYWOODS team created their guides in Publisher and PowerPoint, converted them to PDFs, and then uploaded them to Flipsnack. You can proofread a guide 100 times and still find a mistake and it's nice to know that you can log in and make corrections without having to get a URL or QR code.

Digital benefits guides save both time and money. For PINEYWOODS Benefits, one of the advantages of using Flipsnack is the ability to create and use templates. They then personalize each of them and send them to clients. This allows them to stand out from the crowd and impress through their attention to detail.

Most of my clients thought we spent hours and days creating the Flipbooks when in fact it only took minutes to upload a PDF. I have now built out templated guides with several versions of each. Now when a new client comes on I just have to add a customized cover page and change fonts and colors to match my client's branding standards.
