He has over 35 years of litigation experience, and presently concentrates his practice entirely to family law. He is involved in all aspects of family law including cases involving high assets and custody disputes. Gil is also actively involved as a family law mediator and arbitrator. David A. Binkley Family Law Dave is involved in all aspects of family law and specializes in product liability and personal injury actions from both plaintiffs’ and defendants’ side of the aisle. Kellie DeVito Family Law Kellie has extensive experience practicing in all areas of family law including the complex legal issues of custody, support and property division in divorces involving long term marriages and the acquisition of substantial assets. She also has experience in resolving post- judgment disputes and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Jennifer A. Engelhardt Family Law Jennifer’s concentration is in family law. She has handled a myriad of general civil litigation cases including medical malpractice, automobile negligence, premises liability, assault and battery, sexual harassment, and general negligence. Kevin Miller Family Law Kevin has extensive experience practicing in all areas of family law including the complex legal issues of custody, support and property division in divorces involving long term marriages and the acquisition of substantial assets. He also has experience in resolving post- judgment disputes and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Mark S. Papazian Family Law Mark’s concentration is in family law, custody disputes, business and commercial litigation. His practice also focuses on the hospitality and restaurant industry. He is uniquely qualified to represent sellers and purchasers of commercial properties for restaurant development. Christopher J. Schrieber Family Law Chris is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. He has practiced in family law, general criminal and civil litigation. Geoffrey S. Wagner Family Law Geoff is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, insurance coverage, commercial litigation and family law. Matthew S. Weaver Family Law Matthew is a partner and concentrates his practice in the areas of family law and real property litigation. He is involved in all aspects of family law and specializes in areas of custody disputes and matters involving a change of domicile to another state. LeRoy H. Wulfmeier, III Family Law LeRoy is a partner in our litigation group with over 35 years of experience defending health care providers in complex medical malpractice cases; representing both husbands and wives in acrimonious marital, custody and property disputes; and representing plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases. William H. Heritage, III Corporate Will concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business formation and planning, corporate law and real estate law. Will’s practice includes representation of small to large privately-held businesses as well as several international business clients. Joseph F. Page, III Chair of Health Care Law Section Jeff has specialized in health care law for 40 years. He has extensive experience in every aspect of health care law and the extensive regulations imposed on the delivery of health care by our governments. He is the president of the law firm. Andrew Baran Employment and Labor Andrew concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law. His practice includes all aspects of labor and employment law including NLRB proceedings, civil rights and wrongful discharge litigation, contract negotiations, arbitration, and union election campaigns. Dennis M. Rauss Banking and Workout Dennis concentrates his practice in the areas of business litigation, real estate, employment and family law. Thomas L. Treppa Real Estate Tom is a member of the real estate practice group and is involved extensively in the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial real estate. His background in municipal law provides additional expertise in the areas of zoning and planning.
