The Executive Masters Program in Change Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University, is designed to help individuals and organizations increase their capacity for initiating, managing and sustaining workplace change efforts in increasingly complex and global environments. Working in small cohorts, executives focus sequentially on change-related topics on systemic, group and individual levels, in four discrete one-week modules of intensive classroom time. Module 3, the subject of this publication, focuses on change leadership at the individual level, and fosters the strategic self-awareness in executives that is critical to leading people and change efforts effectively in their organizations.
